kzx8 Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations under this agreement.

By accessing the kzx8 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of our service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by each of the following actions, individually and collectively:

• Clicking the account registration confirmation checkbox during the sign-up process;
• Logging in to a previously registered kzx8 account;
• Depositing funds into your kzx8 account;
• Placing any wager or bet on the platform;
• Accessing any content, game, or service on kzx8.app.

kzx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms become effective immediately upon publication on kzx8.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by — and should be read in conjunction with — our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

To access the full range of kzx8 services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account on the platform. Account registration is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a kzx8 account only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not an existing kzx8 account holder — one account per person is strictly enforced;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from kzx8;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kzx8 employee or contractor;
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any respect.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information submitted during registration or subsequently may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held therein, at kzx8's sole discretion.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kzx8 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identities, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Where kzx8 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts beyond the first registered will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. kzx8 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification from within your account security settings. You must notify kzx8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kzx8 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kzx8 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) from any account holder at any time, including — but not limited to — prior to processing withdrawal requests, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address issued within the previous three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Access to kzx8 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. kzx8 takes its obligations in respect of underage gambling prevention with the utmost seriousness.

At any point, kzx8 may request documentary proof of age from any registered account holder. If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any later date:

• The account will be immediately and permanently closed;
• All deposits made by the underage individual will be refunded;
• All winnings credited to the account will be voided and are not payable;
• The matter will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

By registering on kzx8, you expressly confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that your registration information accurately reflects your actual age, and that you understand the legal consequences of providing false information regarding your age.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kzx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kzx8 does not currently accept cryptocurrency payments.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Unverified accounts may be subject to reduced withdrawal limits pending completion of KYC verification.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your kzx8 balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider's API. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days to reflect in your account balance. kzx8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three BST business days. kzx8 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kzx8 bears no responsibility.

5.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

kzx8 applies a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. kzx8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

5.6 Deposits From Third Parties

Deposits made from a payment account that is not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. If such a deposit is identified, the transaction will be reversed, the credited funds will be removed from your balance, and your account may be suspended pending investigation. kzx8 will not process withdrawal requests to payment accounts that do not match the verified name on your kzx8 account.

kzx8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, together with the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are issued as Bonus Funds, which are separate from your real-money Balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds that remain unsatisfied at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
• kzx8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already in progress are not retroactively altered.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use. Any systematic exploitation, arbitrage, or abuse of bonus offers is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may lead to account closure.

6.2 Eligibility for Promotions

To be eligible for any kzx8 promotion, a Player must hold a fully registered account in good standing, have completed any applicable KYC verification steps required by the promotion, and meet any minimum deposit threshold specified. Bonuses are available to Players aged 18 and over only. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for promotional bonuses.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements on kzx8 bonuses apply to the combined value of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers before the Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real-money Balance). Bets placed on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live casino games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the relevant promotion details.

6.4 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

kzx8 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including collusion, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, and coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where abuse is detected, kzx8 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, suspend the affected account, and pursue recovery of any amounts already withdrawn in connection with the abuse.

kzx8 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the platform.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on kzx8 — including slots, virtual table games, and proprietary titles such as Coin and Mines Grand — use certified RNG systems that produce statistically unpredictable outcomes. These systems are subject to independent audits. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is accurate and available to Players within the game information panel.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on kzx8 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own gaming licences and are subject to their own regulatory oversight. kzx8 does not control the conduct or outcome of live casino games; results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained professional dealers in a licensed studio environment.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on kzx8 are based on odds that represent kzx8's assessment of the probability of each outcome. kzx8 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any bet or market at any time, including in circumstances of evident pricing errors, incomplete information, match irregularities, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In the event of a void bet, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Balance.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection or technical fault during a game round, kzx8 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-disconnection state using server-side records. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure on kzx8's side, the staked amount will be returned to your Balance. kzx8 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

7.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, kzx8 reserves the right to void all bets and outcomes associated with that malfunction. This applies regardless of whether the malfunction appeared to result in a win or a loss. Malfunction voids all pays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kzx8 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Underage gambling — accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Multiple accounts — registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity;
• Identity fraud — providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Money laundering — using the kzx8 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of such funds;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Arbitrage betting — placing wagers specifically designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies or guaranteed profit opportunities irrespective of outcome;
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with kzx8 games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors — deliberately taking advantage of any malfunction, glitch, or pricing error on the platform;
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals or chargebacks through your payment provider for deposits that have been wagered on the platform;
• Abuse of support staff — using threatening, offensive, or harassing language toward kzx8 customer support agents via any communication channel;
• Third-party account use — allowing any other person to access, deposit into, or wager from your account, or accessing another Player's account.

All content on the kzx8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, code, trademarks, and brand materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kzx8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kzx8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kzx8 content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any kzx8 software or content;
• Use the kzx8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Frame, mirror, or systematically extract content from kzx8 using any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of kzx8 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law. kzx8 reserves all rights not expressly granted by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kzx8 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the kzx8 platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, kzx8 specifically excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling activity, including any losses sustained on games, sports betting markets, or other wagering products;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials or by unauthorised access to your account by a third party;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Inaccuracies in odds, game information, or promotional content that result from typographical or technical errors, where kzx8 has corrected the error promptly upon discovery;
• Any loss or damage to data, devices, or software arising from your use of the kzx8 platform.

kzx8's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your kzx8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by kzx8's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Either party may initiate the closure of a kzx8 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

11.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your kzx8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, kzx8 will:

• Confirm your identity in accordance with standard KYC procedures;
• Process any pending withdrawal of your real-money Balance, subject to standard processing times and verification requirements;
• Forfeit any unsatisfied Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of the closure request.

Once your account is closed, you will not be able to access historical transaction records or game history through the platform. If you require copies of this information, please request them before submitting your closure request.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by kzx8

kzx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Confirmed underage access;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under our Responsible Gaming programme;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kzx8 will notify you via your registered email address. During a suspension, all deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity will be frozen. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, kzx8 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance held therein to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through the kzx8 Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the elected period. kzx8 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the platform from a self-excluded account. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kzx8 holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the kzx8 platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to attempt to resolve disputes with kzx8 through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected], including your account username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction IDs or game round IDs, and the outcome you are seeking. kzx8 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (BST).
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: kzx8's customer relations team will conduct a thorough review of your complaint and provide a substantive written response within five BST business days. Complex disputes may require up to 14 calendar days; you will be informed if an extended review period is required.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to kzx8's senior compliance team. The senior team will issue a final written determination within 10 BST business days of the escalation request.

kzx8's final determination is binding on both parties in respect of all disputes arising from the internal review process, subject to your statutory rights under applicable law.

12.2 Applicable Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and kzx8 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
